Tornio's choice is unusually concentrated: Ravintola Umpitunneli, Mustaparran Päämaja and Tmi Hevi Pizza are all on Hallituskatu, within a couple of minutes of each other. Ravintola Golden Flower on Eliaksenkatu carries the most reviews here, and Amico rounds it out on Torikatu. Hevi Pizza has the highest rating here at 4.7.
